The marina rack facilities includes housing of 110 boats of which 72 are leased on an annual basis and 38 are used for inventory of new and used boats and customer service boats. A large Marina Bull forklift picks the boats from a maximum height of thirty-five feet and carries them to the dock-launch staging area and sets the boat in the water. There the customer accesses their boat and is off enjoying the day.
This premier facility is located directly across the street from such popular restaurants as Northlake Tavern Pizza and Voula’s Diner, and walking distance from the historical Ivar’s Salmon House.
