Seattle Boat Company has been named the Number 3 Boat Dealer in North America by Boating Industry Magazine. The Top 100 ranking recognizes the crème de la crème of marine dealers that are unsurpassed in overall business operations, customer service, marketing and professionalism. It is one of the most coveted awards in the marine industry.

We are very proud to be recognized as one of Boating Industry's top dealers in North America.  Boating Industry’s editorial staff reviewed almost 250 applications, culled from more than 3,000 nominations. The applications asked both quantitative and qualitative questions regarding all aspects of marine dealer operations.  Dealers were rated on not only performance but also quality initiatives such as continuous process improvements, marine industry and personnel certifications, on-off water training for customers, customer service initiatives and dealer dress code. 
 
Seattle Boat Company was the only west coast boat dealer in the top 15. Only one other Washington dealer made the Top 100.  We also received the Best in Class award in the category of dealers with three or four stores.

Seattle Boat Company is one of the country's Marine Industry Certified Dealerships. 

This program provides dealers with a set of criteria designed to create continuous improvement across all departments and, in turn, develop processes for meeting and exceeding customer expectations. The criteria and business best practices address the quality of dealer sales, service, parts, follow-up, facilities, as well as employee and customer satisfaction. Criteria compliance must be verified by an independent program consultant, and dealers are reevaluated every year to ensure they continue to meet the Certification requirements.
